Privacy Policy of the Website
§ 1
GENERAL PROVISIONS
The administrator of personal data collected through the website https://www.mrsampler.pl is TOPTEXTIL SP. z o.o., with its registered office and address for service: ul. Mickiewicza 29, 34-100 Wadowice, KRS: 0000203447, NIP: 6792798257, REGON: 356824053, email address: info@toptextil.pl, hereinafter referred to as the "Administrator".
§ 2
PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF DATA COLLECTION
Personal data will be processed for the purpose of providing services (sampling production and cutting and edging services), direct marketing of own products and services carried out in a traditional form, constituting the so-called legitimate interest of the entrepreneur. Data for these purposes will be processed on the basis of art. 6 sec. 1 lit. b), c) and f) of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR).
After separate consent is given, based on art. 6 sec. 1 lit. a) GDPR, data may also be processed for the purpose of sending commercial information by electronic means or making telephone calls for direct marketing - respectively in connection with art. 10 sec. 2 of the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services or art. 172 sec. 1 of the Act of 16 July 2004 - Telecommunications Law, including those directed as a result of profiling, if the user has given appropriate consent.
Personal data processed for the purpose of providing services (real estate sales brokerage) will be processed for the period necessary for the provision of the service, after which data subject to archiving will be stored for a period appropriate for the limitation of claims, i.e. 10 years. Personal data processed for marketing purposes covered by the consent statement will be processed until the consent is withdrawn.
If it is found that the processing of personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR, the data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection (after 25 May 2018 - the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection).
Providing personal data is voluntary.
Personal data will also be processed in an automated manner in the form of profiling, if the user gives consent pursuant to art. 6 sec. 1 lit. a) GDPR. The consequence of profiling will be assigning a profile to a specific person for the purpose of making decisions concerning them or analyzing or predicting their preferences, behaviors, and attitudes.
The Administrator takes special care to protect the interests of data subjects, in particular ensuring that the data collected by him are:
- processed lawfully,
- collected for specified, legitimate purposes and not further processed in a manner incompatible with those purposes,
- substantively correct and adequate in relation to the purposes for which they are processed and stored in a form that allows identification of the persons to whom they relate, no longer than is necessary to achieve the purpose of processing.
§ 3
RIGHT TO CONTROL, ACCESS TO OWN DATA CONTENT AND THEIR CORRECTION
The data subject has the right to access the content of their personal data and the right to rectify, erase, restrict processing, the right to data portability, the right to object, the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

"COOKIES" FILES
The Administrator's website uses "cookies" files. Failure to change browser settings on the user's side is tantamount to consenting to their use.
Installing "cookies" files is necessary for the proper provision of services on the website. "Cookies" files contain information necessary for the proper functioning of the website, especially those requiring authorization.
Three types of "cookies" files are used on the www.mrsampler.pl website: "session", "permanent", and "analytical".
"Session" cookies are temporary files that are stored on the user's end device until logging out (leaving the website).
"Permanent" cookies are stored on the user's end device for the time specified in the parameters of the "cookies" files or until they are deleted by the user.
"Analytical" cookies allow for better understanding of user interaction with the content of the website, better organization of its layout. "Analytical" cookies collect information about the way the user uses the website, the type of website from which the user was redirected, and the number of visits and the time of the user's visit to the website. This information does not record specific personal data of the user but is used to compile statistics on the use of the website.
The user has the right to decide on the access of "cookies" files to their computer by their prior selection in the browser window. Detailed information on the possibilities and methods of handling "cookies" files is available in the software settings (web browser).
§ 5
FINAL PROVISIONS
The Administrator applies technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection of processed personal data appropriate to the threats and categories of data protected, in particular protects data against unauthorized disclosure, takeover by an unauthorized person, processing in violation of applicable law, as well as change, loss, damage, or destruction.
The Administrator provides appropriate technical means to prevent acquisition and modification by unauthorized persons of personal data sent electronically.
In matters not regulated by this Privacy Policy, the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (GDPR) and other relevant Polish law regulations shall apply accordingly.
The provisions of this Privacy Policy shall enter into force on April 24, 2024.
